Welcome To The Practice
If you have just joined the practice, please take time to browse this site, or collect a booklet from the surgery, to keep handy for future reference. It has been designed to offer a useful guide to the services we offer.
When you join the practice, we will request your medical notes from your previous GP. However, these may take some time to reach us, and to help us ensure that you receive the best possible care in the meantime, we ask that:

* You complete a new patient questionnaire, on behalf of yourself and for the members of your family.

* You book an appointment to have a (free) new patient medical with the practice nurse.

If you have any questions, please feel free to ask any of the receptionists, who will be pleased to help.
